The RRDAS^®Type V retrofit kit by NEWTON is an easy to rig, reusable system for aerial delivery platforms that mitigates Warfighter risk by diminishing their exposure times during load recovery in contested environment drop zones.

The RRDAS^® air bag system significantly reduces load impact upon landing, securing cargo while decreasing the need for honeycomb or EDM (energy dissipating material). Warfighters can de-rig and roll off in under 3 minutes, and as fast as 10 seconds when paired with AReS^®.
